Rita Budnyk is a Palm Beach County native.  Before beginning the practice of law in 1989, Rita graduated from Cardinal Newman High School, West Palm Beach, in 1981, the University of Notre Dame in 1985, and University of Florida College of Law in 1988.  Early in her career she gained valuable legal experience and knowledge as an associate with two highly respected  civil litigation firms.  In order to devote time to raising three sons, Rita became an independent contractor in 1998, and continued to practice in an "of counsel" capacity for firms in the Palm Beach area.  She focuses  primarily on civil matters, and provides litigation support and all aspects of legal research and writing.  Her work also involves meeting with and interviewing clients and witnesses, and courtroom appearances when necessary.  Rita has the experience and ability necessary to research and analyze complex legal issues and present it in an understandable manner.  Her goal when providing legal services to clients is to provide the best result possible under the facts and applicable law.

Rita has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989, and is eligible to practice in the state courts of Florida, and the federal courts of the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Having lived in Palm Beach County almost her entire life, Rita knows the community well.  She is married to Marty Domenech, and together they have raised three sons.  She is actively involved in her church and school communities, and the local charitable organization - T.E.A.M. Elam Foundation, providing support and positive experiences for at risk youth.
